What we collect and why

We collect the information you give us when you enquire about storage, by the enquiry form on this website or by phone. That is: your name, contact details (email address and phone number), and what you tell us about the vehicle you'd like to store and your preferred start month. We use this to reply to your enquiry and to arrange storage if you decide to go ahead.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, who act as a data processor on our behalf. Web3Forms receives your submission, checks it for spam, and forwards it to our inbox. They do not use your data for any other purpose. Their privacy notice explains their retention and security in full.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into storage are deleted from our inbox within a reasonable period. Records tied to an active storage arrangement are kept for as long as we need them for the contract and to meet HMRC record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics , which counts visits without cookies and without collecting or storing any personal information about you. That's why there is no cookie banner on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct something that's wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email hawcroftgrange@btconnect.com or call 01543 493085. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the “last reviewed” date at the top.
